Mary is inspired by the landscape and coastline especially of Wales. She experiments with different media including acrylics, collage and pen work. This often leads her towards abstraction but still retains a degree of realism. This lighthouse on its rocky outcrop provided the perfect backdrop for exploring textures and imaginative line work.
