EASEL

EASEL has been created by the founders of the Manchester Art Fair, one of the UK’s most successful and longest established art fairs to support our community of artists and galleries. 

 

Galleries & Artists (Our Sellers)

The galleries and artists that are selling on EASEL will bring you original art from hundreds of British and international artists together in one simple elegant space to view, explore and buy.

If you have a question about any of the products you see on the site, please email support@showshoppa.com who will be able to put you in touch with the seller.

 

Delivery Information & Charges

Each gallery / artist is an independent business dispatching from their own premises, which therefore means they will all have their own delivery charges, and these fees will be added to your basket at checkout. If you order from more than one seller, your items may be delivered at different times depending on how quick the sellers could dispatch.

There are three types of delivery that may be available to you:

Standard Delivery (up to 7 days)

Free Delivery (Some sellers may provide free delivery)

Buyer Collects – after purchasing, the seller will be in touch with you to organise this.

 

Payment

All transactions are handled by Stripe (a secure and trusted payment gateway), enabling you to use a wide range of credit and debit cards for your purchases. For more details on Stripe’s privacy policy, please click here.

 

How is my order confirmed?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from EASEL detailing the products purchased. If you elect to do so at checkout, you will receive an email from the individual seller confirming dispatch.

 

I’ve entered my details incorrectly for my order, what should I do?

Please contact the Support team as soon as possible on support@showshoppa.com

 

Cancellations

If, shortly after placing your order you decide to cancel, you need to contact the Support team as soon as possible by emailing: support@showshoppa.com. If your order has been made/dispatched, please refer to our returns process.

 

Where’s My Order?

If you elect to be notified of dispatch at checkout, when your order has been fulfilled by each individual seller, you will be updated by email when your item/s are dispatched.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the support team at support@showshoppa.com with your order number, and reason for wanting to return the item/s as soon as possible.
