This is a collâge of the leaves of a Ginkgo tree and the trextures of decaying wood.

The Ginkgo tree is ancient. They have growing on this planet for over 200 million years, around the time when dinosaurs roamed the earth and will probably still be here long after we have all disappeared. A number of young Ginkgo trees have been planted in Stevenson Square in Manchester to brighten up the area.

Produced as a signed limited edition of 50 giclée prints in total.
